Acceptable Use Policy

Clear boundaries for the prompts, uploads, and AI-generated content allowed on Vozmi.

August 17, 2026

01

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every prompt, upload, generation, edit, publication, and other use of Vozmi. It forms part of our Terms of Service. You are responsible for both the content you submit and the output you use or share.

02

Pornographic and NSFW content

You may not create, request, upload, or distribute pornography, sexually explicit material, nudity intended for sexual gratification, sexual services, fetish content, or any other not-safe-for-work (NSFW) content. Sexual content involving minors, or anyone presented as a minor, is strictly prohibited.

03

Violence and graphic content

You may not create, request, upload, or distribute graphic violence, gore, dismemberment, torture, cruelty, glorification of violent acts, credible threats, or content that encourages self-harm or harm to others.

04

Hate speech

You may not create, request, upload, or distribute content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, promotes hatred against, or celebrates violence toward people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or another protected characteristic.

05

Copyright and trademark infringement

You may not submit material you do not have the right to use, request outputs that copy protected works or distinctive characters, imitate a living artist in a way that infringes their rights, misuse logos or trademarks, sell counterfeit goods, or otherwise violate copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual-property rights.

06

Deepfakes, impersonation, and likeness rights

You may not use Vozmi to create deepfakes, impersonate a real person, misrepresent a person's identity, or generate, edit, or distribute content using another person's face, voice, name, or likeness without that person's explicit consent. This prohibition applies whether the content is deceptive, harmful, sexual, commercial, or presented as parody or entertainment.

07

How we moderate content

We use automated prompt scanning before generation, provider safeguards, and risk-based review of prompts, uploads, outputs, account activity, and user reports. A request may be blocked, held for review, or removed. Automated systems can make mistakes; users may contact support to request review of a decision.

08

Enforcement

Depending on severity, repetition, and legal risk, we may warn the user, block or remove content, restrict generation, suspend or permanently ban the account, cancel active tasks, clear remaining credits without refund where permitted by law, preserve relevant records, or report conduct to authorities. Severe violations may result in immediate permanent action.

09

Report content or appeal

Report suspected violations or appeal a moderation decision by emailing us. Include the relevant task or content URL, the reason for the report, and any supporting information. We review reports, take appropriate action, and protect reporter information as required by law.
